Aliana just turned two years old, and she is now into different kinds of stimulating toys. I try to make every day exciting for her growth and development. So I decided to make a few changes and test out toys and activities she would love. Aliana also goes to an activity center where she participates in a lot of sensory activities with products I noticed she liked playing with more than others. I created a list of products Aliana doesn’t get bored playing with on a daily. These are the toys that are worth the money to invest in for your child or as presents for kids who are two years old or older.
One of our favorites is the water activity play table. My husband did some upgrades with this table. We made the water run continuously with a fountain pump, tubing, and zip ties. The enhancements made the water table so much more fun to have the water drip down with the tube running the water from the bottom to the top. He drilled one hole on the top and ran the tubing through the side of the table, up inside the tree trunk, all the way to the top. We also included some water toys that are from her bathtub to add more fun. *NOTE – the best place to plug the cord into a GFI outlet. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter device protects us from receiving electric shocks from faults in the electrical devices we use in our home.
