Toddler Meal Ideas
Aliana is at an age where she can eat almost anything that we eat. It is so much easier for us because we don’t have to meal prep as much as before. I try to keep her foods basic and simple. However, she likes her foods to be switched up and not so routine. So I stock up on a lot of different snack foods around because she is a big snacker. She eats many times throughout the whole day, especially now that she is off milk and prefers to drink just water.

We like to switch up her snacks and rotate the meals. Some days there are leftovers, and we will feed her the leftovers either for lunch or dinner the following day and add different vegetables or fruits with the meal. She snacks every hour and has not been picky with food. I hope this helps inspire some food ideas for your little one. If you have any recommendations for easy meals, please leave your comments below.
