BAKED SEASONED SWEET POTATO
This recipe takes 20 minutes to bake and 10 minutes to prep. This is simple and easy to make for your family.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven at 425 degrees
- Cut sweet potato into thin slices with or without the skin
- In a small bowl combine the thyme, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper.
- In another small bowl, add the olive oil. Toss the potato slices.
- Add the artesian baking mat on top of the baking sheet. Arrange the sweet potatoes on top of the mat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning on top of each slice leaving half of the mixture for the other side.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Take the pan out and flip the potatoes. Sprinkle the seasoning on top. Place the pan back in the oven and roast another 10 minutes
- To make them more crispy, turn the oven to broil. Broil for 2 minutes.
