It is already November! This month our dining table is going to get some fall love. We plan on hosting more family gatherings at our home this year. The weather is starting to get cold, and we love cooking delicious homemade meals during this time. What better way to enjoy a nice meal on a festive table setting. One of my favorite areas to decorate is the dining table. There are a lot of different ways to decorate a fall dining table. This year I decided I want to see more outdoor fall objects and colors inside my home.
Decor Idea #1
The firt table setting has a lot of warm, woodsy tones. I mixed in some pieces that I have collected throughout the years with new finds I found at a few stores. Decorating is not an easy challenge, and sometimes I get stuck on ideas. Sometimes when I go to a store and see one piece that I like, plans start to pop in mind. This time I found these wood candles that have set the tone on this table. Plaid is a season staple, and I was lucky to find placemats and a runner in the same pattern. To add, I can put a couple of string lights around the decorations, so the table pops more with color at night.

Decor Idea #2
Green is my favorite color and goes wonderfully with orange and yellow tones. I found a set of reversible placemats and runner. One side is a light olive green and on the other is a dark green. The first thing that came to mind was florals. I picked up a bouquet from a local grocery store and placed them in a short clear vase. To add, I bought some extra leaves to put all around the table. You can also buy leaves at your local grocery store. I wanted this table to have pops of color, so I bought the deep orange candles that tie in with the floral arrangement. The napkins were perfect to remind all of us of why we came to gather which is to give thanks and be grateful for each other. I saw these small pumpkins and thought they would provide a nice fall touch on top of the dinnerware.
