A couple of months ago we noticed Aliana was having a hard time pooping. My husband had a similar issue when he was a young toddler, so our doctor said her issue could be hereditary. After reading articles, come to find out a lot of babies and toddlers experience the same problem after transitioning to whole milk and eating more variety of foods. One day Aliana was struggling again. Her face slowly turned red, and I saw a tear fall from her eye. The sight of her struggling broke my heart, so I decided to do something about the problem. During the day she likes to eat frozen fruit from her silicone feeding pacifier. I decided to make a blend of high fiber frozen fruit bites to add inside the feeding pacifier. We have been giving this to her for a week now and noticed a difference in her stool. If your child is having a hard time pooping like Aliana was, here are three recipes to make delicious frozen snack treats to help your child.
